2. Application range
Offset rubber blanket especially for sheet-fed offset printing, suitable for different size paper.
3.Installation
Choose suitable blanket and remove the dirt on it with special-purpose cleanser before use. General criteria for the installation of blanket: It shall be neither loose nor tight.
Every printing press will have a torque spanner. If you hear the signal from the spanner when fastening the blanket, it implies it is just right and you should not tighten it up any more. With their own structures and performances, all the printing presses of different brands and models have their unique torque spanner.
Generally speaking, the blanket installed for the first time must be pulled again after it imprints for one thousand times.
4. Storage
Keep in a cool and dry place. No sunshine. No wet.
Don't fold the rubber blanket when carry and use. Keep the blankets far away from the hard and pointed things.
Keep them in flat; don't be in roll, if long time no using.
